Madrid put eight past Deportivo La Caruna, they won the match 8-2.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick to take his season tally to five.
Gareth Bale was on target twice for Los Blancos, Javier Hernandez also got a brace, new signing James Rodriquez also found the back of the net for the Galacticos.
Barca on the other hand had four different scorers. Lionel Messi finally ended his three-match drought, he was among the scorers.
Neymar recorded his third of the season before he was substituted, Sandro and Rakitic were also on the scoresheet.
