VIDEO: KZN north coast fishing
I remember making many productive fishing trips to the KwaZulu-Natal north coast.
St Lucia was my preferred destination and I enjoyed considerable success in both the estuary and off the beach.
I found sardine head especially good for bigger grunter in the surf.
I did not fish on my last trip up to St Lucia and have plans not to repeat the scenario when next I go.
I did, of course, enjoy garrick success with the FreeSpool team off Zinkwazi in July this year.
However, for our footage today let us stick further north on our coast.
These anglers are using bonito head at Cape Vidal.
