The 21-year-old fullback has been the standout player for the Bulls this season. Unlike the Bulls of old, Kriel has often chosen to run the ball back at opposition teams - a facet of his play that has seen him record impressive stats this year.
According to the Vodacom Stats app, Kriel has caught the most kicks in the competition (66) while he is ranked second for overall metres run (1199).
