Veteran striker, Miroslav Klose, scored five goals for Lazio in Italian Serie A on Sunday.

The German was replaced after 68 minutes.

Lazio drilled Bologna 6-0.

Juventus beat Palermo 1-0 to secure their 29th Serie A title.
