*Video* Durban surfer wins global final

Durban surfer, Slade Prestwich, has won the Volcom VQS Global Finals in Fiji.
The 18-year old surfing pro held in perfect 4-5 foot surf at the island's infamous Cloudbreak surf spot. Prestwich was one of nine pros from all over the world who qualified for the finals, beating Brazilian Deivid Silva to claim the prize.
He qualified for the even in Durban a few weeks ago.
The East Coast champion's set to spend another 12 days in in Fiji watching the elite Volcom Fiji Pro.
Top South African surfers, Travis Logie and Jordy Smith will be competing in the event.
