The team of Andre Bloem, Alain Tardin, Diana Bloem and Dick Lange had just landed a decent dorado, but were concerned that the Breakfast Stack were hooked into something considerably bigger.
This saw the Drive abandon their successful dorado strategy in and around the cargo ships off Umhlanga.
They headed out for deeper water in the hope of hooking a billfish or large tuna.
The Breakfast Stack kept their cards close to their chests and the Drive headed back to the beach fearing the worst.
It was only on the beach that it was revealed that the Breakfast Stack had spent around 20 minutes fighting a plastic bag hooked as a prank by their hosts.
Their battle did at least have some psychological success...
