VIDEO: Baseball proposal heartbreak
Ring: check. Girlfriend: check. A stadium packed with thousands of screaming baseball fans: check.
It sounds like what could be the makings of a very romantic proposal, but an American man is regretting the brave choice.
He had organised with stadium announcer to pop the big question at a recent minor league game in Connecticut.
So when he got down on one knee on the pitch, he didn't expect to be turned down.
To make matter's worse, a video of the incident has been uploaded to YouTube where it has been viewed nearly a half million time.
