VIDEO: An epic shad contest

I have no idea what these guys are saying - but suspect that the guy with the gaff was very relieved in the end.

A huge shad caught pretty close to shore.

I guess these guys are not that big on catch-and-release.

I can recall seeing a few 4-kilogram shad on the Bluff over the years. However, this one looks a fair bit bigger.
