Khaya Zondo is undefeated on 71.
This match should decide who ends second in the Sunfoil Series this season.
Nashua Mobile Cape Cobras look certain to successfully defend the title.
Batting first, they are 322 for seven against the Bizhub Lions in Johannesburg.
Justin Ontong is out for 119.
It is his third Sunfoil Series century this season.
Kagiso Rabada has taken three for 38 for the Lions.
