Twitter reacts to Messi embarrassing Boateng
Updated | By Sihle Mthembu

Last night La Liga side Barcelona took a first step towards securing qualification for the Champions League final.
The Catalans swept aside former coach Pep Guardiola’s Bayern Munich in a thrilling 3-0 victory at the Nou Camp.
Goals by Neymar and a brace by Messi ensured that they take a solid lead heading into the second leg.
The real highlight of the game however came just as Messi was about to bag his second.
His did a smooth cut in and out that left German defender Jerome Boateng in sixes and sevens.
As always the internet did not miss a beat and Boateng’s slip up has quickly become a meme.
Here are some of the best twitter reactions to the incident.
