Travis and Jordy both last

Travis Logie and Jordy Smith have ended last in their respective first round heats at the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach.

Durban surfer, Logie, was beaten by Nat Young and Jeremy Flores in Australia on Friday.

Young won the heat and is now assured of a spot in the third round.

Logie and Flores will have to surf in the second round.

So too will Smith.

He was third and last in a heat won by Kolohe Andino.

Others to win their first round heats at Bells Beach today were Kelly Slater, Mick Fanning, Adrian Buchan and world champion Joel Parkinson.
