Tiger Fish caught at Jozini
Most dams have reported good catches with one or two reporting some brilliant 2 kg plus fish. It seems the intermediate and floating lines with a well-directed cast could have trout on the menu.
For Anglers not equipped with a boat, bank angling for Bass can be just as rewarding. Pay careful attention to structure and remember that the top water column will be warmer so try to get your lures deeper down.
Carp fishing has been good with the majority of the spawning sessions now over and fish are a lot more active.

It’s going to be a wet Friday in Durban with an 80% chance of rain showers and chilly weather with temperatures peaking at 17 degrees. We have SE winds blowing this morning swinging to Easterlies later.
There is a 60% chance of rain on Saturday and Sunday with onshore winds on both days, Saturday will be cool but it starts to warm up on Sunday with a maximum temperature of 25 degrees.
