Subrayen back for Dolphins

Sunfoil Dolphins spinner, Prenelan Subrayen, has been cleared to resume his playing career.

Subrayen was earlier this season suspended due to an illegal bowling action.


The spinner has since been re-tested and now has a bowling action deemed within the prescribed parameters.


Heino Kuhn, meanwhile, is the top run scorer in the Sunfoil Series so far this season.


Kuhn has amassed his 678 runs at an average of 68 and has posted three centuries.


Stephen Cook has scored the second most Sunfoil Series runs this season.


Cook has managed 565 runs at an average of 94 and like Kuhn has scored three centuries.


Hardus Viljoen has taken by far the most wickets with 36 to his name.


Viljoen has claimed 11 wickets more than Duanne Olivier in second spot.


Sunfoil Dolphins spinner, Keshav Maharaj, completes the top three with 24 wickets at an average of 24.


The Dolphins will play their next Sunfoil Series match from Thursday onwards.


They will be up against the Titans at Sahara Stadium Kingsmead.


The Dolphins are fourth in the standings, while the Titans are top.
