Sports minister lashes Bafana
SA Minister of Sport, Fikile Mbalula, has fiercely criticised Bafana Bafana.
Mbalula is blaming the players and not Gordon Igesund for yet another flop.
Bafana failed to progress beyond the group stage of the African Nations Championship and Mbalula has labelled the players a bunch of losers.
The minister is especially unhappy with Moeneeb Josephs.
He says the Bafana goalkeeper played a big role in what was a mess in Cape Town last night.
Mbalula is quoted as saying that he was surprised to see fans chatting to Bafana players after their loss to Nigeria.
Mbalula added that he certainly will not make time to speak to players responsible for a footballing disaster.
