That is when the Sharks will host the Jaguares in Durban. Kickoff is at 15h05.

The Sharks and Jaguares are level on points in the standings, but the Sharks have played a game more than the South Americans.

Sharks prop foward, Thomas du Toit, believes the KZN team is more settled in 2017.

"I think you can see this from the team from week to week. We have the same type of team and do not necessarily change a lot. The consistency is fantastic to have," Du Toit said.

Du Toit is playing alongside some very experienced teammates such as Coenie Oosthuizen, Chiliboy Ralepelle and Tendai Mtawarira. He feels privileged to be learning from such players.

"What I take from them is the way in which they approach a game. The whole week of training and the vibe that they bring. The type of people they are really shows in the way that they train and the way that they think. They communicate in the video sessions that we have. They are passing on the knowledge that they have gained and I am more than willing to learn from it. I am enjoying that I can learn a lot from what they offer," Du Toit added.

Sharks head coach, Robert du Preez, spoke last week of his desire to see a complete performance from his team. Du Toit believes it is an ideal one can aim at.

"I don't think you get a perfect team. Yet one can strive to do that. So at the moment I don't think we are perfect, but we are doing very well. The feel in our camp is brilliant. Everyone is positive and even after a loss like the one in Johannesburg. We still feel that we put in a performance we can be proud of. Obviously, for this weekend we want to do our best again and show our fans what we are really made of," Du Toit said.

The Jaguares are considered a strong scrumming unit. Du Toit believes the Sharks are aware of what the Jaguares can do. However, he makes it clear that the Sharks will focus on their own scrum.

"Our focus is very much on the way that we will be scrumming against them. We know that they are a very good side and a very good scrummaging pack. We will be sticking to our own processes - To what we do well. Through that and with our video sessions we will be targeting a few areas where we believe we can target them. We will make sure that we are prepared to the best of our ability for this weekend," said Du Toit.

Du Toit, who still only 21, has also revealed that he is very much enjoying life in Durban. Du Toit was born in Cape Town and matriculated at Paarl Boys' High School.

"I have actually grown fond of Durban. The fact that my girlfriend lives on the Bluff shows me bits of both areas. That is the Bluff and Durban North. The lifestyle in Durban is something different to what I am used to. It is very nice and a positive change for me," Du Toit said.
