Roger wants his Pirates out
Updated | By Andre Bloem
Orlando Pirates head coach, Roger de Sa, is not keen on his players facing Nigeria next week.
De Sa is hoping to withdraw Pirates players from the Bafana squad to tackle the Super Eagles in Durban.
Pirates have a CAF Champions League date with Zamalek next weekend and De Sa wants his players fresh for the game at Orlando Stadium.
Bafana will host Nigeria at Moses Mabhida Stadium this coming Wednesday.
The Bafana squad named earlier this week features six Buccaneers.
Pirates have an Absa Premiership date with Amazulu in Johannesburg later tonight.
They will also see action in the MTN 8 on Sunday afternoon.
That is when Pirates will meet Supersport United at Mbombela Stadium.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have won the International Champions Cup in Miami.
Real defeated Chelsea 3-1 in the final.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice for the Spanish giants. Marcelo also netted for Real, while Ramires scored the only Chelsea goal.
