Proteas suffer crushing defeat
Updated | By Cricket SA
England needed just 100 minutes of the final day to take six wickets for 38 runs and send the Castle Lager Proteas plummeting to a 241-run defeat in the first Sunfoil Test match at Sahara Stadium Kingsmead today.

There was very little resistance after AB de Villiers fell leg before wicket to Moeen Ali to a delivery that turned and kept low off the third ball of the day and the same bowler accounted for Temba Bavuma a further six deliveries later.
It left JP Duminy to rally what support he could around him and he finished unbeaten on 26 (59 balls, 5 fours).
The bowling honours were shared by Steve Finn (4/42) and Moeen Ali (3/47).
Moeen Ali was named Sunfoil Man of the Match for his 7 wickets.
Meanwhile, the selectors have added Titans duo of Quinton de Kock and Chris Morris to the Proteas squad for the 2nd Test against England starting on Saturday.
