Proteas pick David Miller

Sunfoil Dolphins batsman, David Miller, has been selected for the ICC Champions Trophy tournament.
Jacques Kallis is not in the national squad.
Selection convenor, Andrew Hudson, says Kallis had asked not to be picked for the event.
AB de Villiers will lead a Champions Trophy squad also featuring Hashim Amla, Farhaan Behardien, JP Duminy, Faf du Plessis, Colin Ingram, Graeme Smith, Aaron Phangiso, Ryan McLaren, Rory Kleinveldt, Morne Morkel, Robin Peterson, Miller, Dale Steyn and Lonwabo Tsotsobe.
The Proteas will face India, Pakistan and West Indies in the Champions Trophy group stage.
They will meet India in their opening match in Cardiff on 6 June.
