Pirates reach Durban final

Orlando Pirates are through to the MTN 8 final at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
This follows a 1-1 draw with Kaizer Chiefs this afternoon. Pirates advance 2-1 on aggregate.
Bernard Parker gave Chiefs the lead in Soweto, while Lennox Bacela equalised for the Buccaneers.
Bacela slotted a second half penalty.
Three players suffered cuts in what was an intense derby at Orlando Stadium.
Pirates will face Platinum Stars in the final in Durban on Saturday.
Stars and Wits met in their other semi-final second leg fixture. Stars won 2-1 at Bidvest Wits, advancing 6-3 on aggregate.
There was Capital One Cup action in England last night.
Aston Villa were thumped 4-0 by Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea grabbed a 2-0 win at Swindon, Manchester City annihilated Wigan Athletic 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium, while Everton lost 2-1 to Fulham at Craven Cottage.
