Cameron, who is 12, has caught all the billfish species found off the east coast of Africa.
Cameron started his quest in December 2011.
That is when he landed a striped marlin estimated at around 70 kilograms.
Cameron caught the marlin off Richards Bay.
His next catch was a shortbill of around 30 kilograms and again it was caught off Richards Bay.
Cameron landed a 75 kilogram black marlin off Durban next.
He went back to Richards Bay and caught a blue marlin there in November 2013.
It was estimated to weigh around 70 kilograms.
Cameron turned to Kenya in pursuit of his remaining two targets.
He completed his quest there last month.
Cameron caught both a broadbill and a sailfish off the Kenyan coast.
The black marlin was the only fish not released.
It suffered injuries during the battle and could not be revived.
