Nadal ruled out of US Open
Rafa Nadal will not be able to defend his US Open title when the tournament gets underway next week Monday.
Nadal has been sidelined due to injury.
The Spaniard is still recovering from a wrist injury.
Roger Federer has been tipped as the favourite for the showpiece.
The Swiss will take alot of momentum after winning a 6th title at Cincinatti at the weekend.
World number one Novak Djokovic is the the top seed.
