Moscow victory for Le Clos
Chad le Clos has claimed the 200-metres butterfly title at the World Cup meeting in Moscow.
The KZN swimmer won by over two seconds in Russia yesterday.
Le Clos ended second behind Roland Schoeman in the 50-metres butterfly final.
Schoeman also secured victory in the 50-metres breaststroke final on Saturday.
Soccer news, meanwhile, is that Ivory Coast have beaten Senegal 3-1 in the first leg of their World Cup play-off.
Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou both netted for the winners in Abidjan.
Burkina Faso also won at home yesterday. They edged Algeria 3-2 in World Cup play-off action in Ouagadougou.
