Thabang Monare and Gabadinho Mhango scored the Wits goals.
Supersport United are fourth in the league standings.
Jeremy Brockie and Reneilwe Letsholonyane scored in their 2-0 win at Ajax Cape Town.
Defending league champions, Sundowns, have a date with Cape Town City this afternoon.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are all level on points at the top of the English Premiership.
City are top courtesy of their superior goal-difference.
Sergio Aguero and Ilkay Gundogan scored two goals each for City in a 4-0 win at West Bromwich Albion yesterday.
Arsenal won 4-1 at Sunderland, while Liverpool defeated Crystal Palace 4-2.
Emre Can, Dejan Lovren, Roberto Firmino and Joel Matip netted the Liverpool goals at Selhurst Park last night.
Chelsea remain without the injured Cesc Fabregas for their Premiership outing at Southampton later today.
Better news for Chelsea is that Branislav Ivanovic is fit to play.

Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid have all won their latest matches in La Liga.
Rafinha scored for Barcelona in a 1-0 victory over Granada last night.
Yannick Carrasco and Kevin Gameiro netted two goals each for Atletico in a 4-2 win over Malaga.
Cristiano Ronaldo fired a hat-trick for Real in their 4-1 success over Alaves.
Real are top of the log.
They lead Barcelona by two points and are three points clear of Atletico.
Barcelona head coach, Luis Enrique, was not impressed with their display yesterday.
He says they will need to be more precise against Manchester City in the Champions League this week.

Multiply Titans have recorded a second successive victory in the Sunfoil Series.
They thumped the Cobras by an innings and 50 runs in Cape Town.
Shaun von Berg claimed ten wickets in the match.
The Knights are 176 for six in their first innings after three days of their clash with the Hollywoodbets Dolphins.
The Knights still trail the Dolphins by 135 runs at Sahara Stadium Kingsmead.
David Miller is out for 60, while Rudi Second is undefeated on 61.
The Lions are 262 for five in their second innings against the Warriors.
The Lions lead by 214 runs at the Wanderers.

Rosberg leads the world championship battle.
He is 26 points clear of nearest rival Hamilton.
