The Springboks will meet Fiji in the final of the Wellington Sevens. The Boks have defeated Canada 21-5 in their semi-final. Seabelo Senatla, Kwagga Smith and Werner Kok scored tries against the Canadians.

The Boks had earlier thumped France 45-0 in quarter-final action.

Cameroon and Burkina Faso are through to the semi-finals at the African Nations Cup.
Cameroon beat Senegal on penalties, while Burkina Faso defeated Tunisia 2-0.
Liverpool star, Sadio Mane, failed to convert his penalty in the shootout between Cameroon and Senegal.
The remaining two quarter-finals are scheduled for tonight.
Democratic Republic of Congo and Ghana will contest the early game.
They will clash at six o'clock this evening - South African time.
The last quarter-final will start nine o'clock our time and will feature Egypt and Morocco.

Arsenal have thumped Southampton 5-0 in the FA Cup.
Theo Walcott scored a hat-trick for the Gunners, while Danny Welbeck netted twice.
Chelsea defeated Brentford 4-0 in another FA Cup encounter yesterday.
Willian, Pedro, Branislav Ivanovic and Michy Batshuayi scored at Stamford Bridge.
Son Heung-Min netted twice for Tottenham Hotspur in a 4-3 win over Wycombe Wanderers.
Manchester United will host Wigan Athletic in FA Cup fourth round action this evening.
Sergio Romero is expected to start in goal for the home side at Old Trafford.

Durban will host the second of five one-day internationals between the Proteas and Sri Lanka this coming Wednesday.
South Africa beat Sri Lanka by eight wickets in the first ODI in Port Elizabeth yesterday.
Russell Domingo, meanwhile, will have to re-apply for the Proteas head coach role after the tour of England this year.
Cricket South Africa have confirmed they will begin a recruitment process after the trip to England.

Multiply Titans will start the final day of their Sunfoil Series match against the Cobras on 20 for no loss in their second innings.
The Titans require another 111 runs to make the Cobras bat again in Centurion.
