Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, says Kevin de Bruyne is one of the best players he has worked with. De Bruyne scored for City in their 4-0 victory over Bournemouth in the English Premier League yesterday.

Guardiola feels De Bruyne is an asset both with and without the ball.
He says the Belgian fights hard for the ball and is able to make excellent decisions once he has the ball at his feet.
Guardiola believes Lionel Messi remains by far the best player has had the pleasure of working with.
City are two points clear of Everton at the top of the English Premiership standings.
Everton defeated Middlesbrough 3-1 at Goodison Park last night.

Amazulu trail Bucks on goal-difference at the top of the NFD log.

Antoine Griezmann and Fernando Torres have scored two goals each for Atletico Madrid in La Liga.
This as Atletico outclassed Sporting Gijon 5-0.
Lionel Messi netted twice for Barcelona in their 5-1 victory at Leganes.
Real Madrid have a league assignment at Espanyol tonight.

Dyan Buis has claimed a gold medal for Team SA at the Rio Paralympics.
Buis did so in the 400-metres yesterday.
He clocked a new Paralympic record in the process.
Ilse Hayes won a silver medal in the women's 400-metres.
Team SA are 22nd in the medals table.
They have won seven gold, six silver and four bronze medals.
The Paralympics were rocked by the death of a competitor yesterday.
An Iranian para-cyclist died following a crash in road race action.
The 48-year-old suffered cardiac arrest after the crash.
He died soon after being taken to hospital.

David Pocock will miss the remainder of the Rugby Championship.
The Wallabies number eight broke his hand in the win over Argentina yesterday.

Cell C Sharks have this coming weekend off.
They will face the Lions in their next Currie Cup match on 30 September.

The Sharks are second in the standings.
