Charl du Toit has claimed his second gold medal at the Rio Paralympics. Du Toit did so by winning the 400-metres in a Paralympic record time. The South African had earlier secured gold in the 100-metres.

Team SA are 22nd in the Rio medals table.
They have won six gold, four silver and four bronze medals.

Liverpool have beaten Chelsea in the English Premier League.
The Reds secured a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge last night.
Dejan Lovren and Jordan Henderson netted for Liverpool.
Diego Costa scored the only Chelsea goal.
David Silva is nursing an injury and looks unlikely to play for Manchester City against Bournemouth today.
City are definitely without suspended striker Sergio Aguero.
Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott are both doubtful for the meeting between Arsenal and Hull City this afternoon.
The Gunners remain without Aaron Ramsey, Gabriel, Per Mertesacker and Danny Welbeck.

Zamalek have posted a big win in the CAF Champions League.
They thumped Wydad Casablanca 4-0 in semi-final first leg action in Egypt last night.
Sundowns have a semi-final first leg date in Zambia this afternoon.
Sundowns will tackle Zesco United in a game scheduled to start at 15h30 - South African time.

Brazil soccer legend, Pele, says he believes Lionel Messi is a better player than Cristiano Ronaldo.
Pele argues that Messi is more organized and also more likely to score goals.

Blue Bulls are up to second in the Currie Cup standings.
They lead the Cell C Sharks by five points, but have played a game more.
Blue Bulls drilled Griquas 57-20 at Loftus last night.
Piet van Zyl scored two tries for the winners in Pretoria.
The Sharks will host the EP Kings in Durban this afternoon.
Kickoff is at 3pm.

New Zealand are without Tim Southee for their Test series against India.
Southee has an ankle injury and his spot in the Black Caps squad has gone to Matt Henry.
The first of three Tests is scheduled to start in Kanpur this coming Thursday.
