Messi tax fraud investigation

Spanish authorities are investigating both Lionel Messi and his father.

They are accused of tax fraud.

The Barcelona star has expressed surprise and says he is not guilty of tax evasion.

Messi claims to have learnt about the investigation through the media.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan have given Javier Zanetti a one-year contract extension.

Zanetti will be 40 in August.

He has been at Inter since 1995 and has made a record 145 international appearances for Argentina.
