Memorial service for Mondli Cele
Following the death of Maritzburg United's Mondli Cele, the club has postponed matches against Lamontville Golden Arrows and Ajax Cape Town, which were both scheduled for January 23.
The 27-year-old footballer was tragically killed in a car accident in Pietermaritzburg at the weekend.
Maritzburg United FC wishes to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the messages of support and condolences we and the Cele family have received since the tragic passing away of our beloved Mondli last Sunday morning.
Maritzburg United FC has extended its condolences to both his family and the family of Delisile Ngwenya who worked closely with the club.
