Louis experimenting with Kagawa
Louis van Gaal says he has been experimenting with Shinji Kagawa during the pre-season.
Van Gaal used Kagawa in a deeper role in two matches and then employed him as a playmaker against Inter Milan last night.
The Manchester United manager says Kagawa certainly did better in a more advanced position.
That is where the Japanese international prefers to play.
United beat Inter on penalties at the Champions Cup in the USA.
This after a goalless 90 minutes.
Inter defender, Nemanja Vidic, drew considerable applause from both sets of fans.
