KZN clubs lose Diski fixtures
The KwaZulu-Natal sides AmaZulu and Maritzburg United failed to register victories on the opening day, losing to Soweto giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs respectively.
Meanwhile Bidvest Wits and Platinum Stars wrapped up the day’s matches with an entertaining 1-1 draw after Bloemfontein Celtic and University of Pretoria had played a goalless draw.
