Jordy shocked at J-Bay Open
SA surfing star, Jordy Smith, has lost his third round heat at the J-Bay Open.
CJ Hobgood, world champion back in 2001, shocked Smith at Jeffreys Bay this afternoon.
Smith had a great opportunity to win the heat late, but fell on what looked like a very good wave.
Smith won at J-Bay in both 2010 and 2011.
Kelly Slater also lost in third round action today.
Joel Parkinson, Mick Fanning and Gabriel Medina all won in round 3.
