Kelly Slater will be up against Felipe Toledo and Michel Bourez in his fourth round outing.
Defending world champion, Mick Fanning, lost in the third round.
Durban surfer, Travis Logie, was eliminated in the second round.
Margaret River is the second stop on the 2014 World Championship Tour.
SA ladies surfer, Bianca Buitendag, lost in the quarter-finals at Margaret River.
She was second at the opening event at Gold Coast.
