India and Proteas share spoils of rained-out 2nd Test
Updated | By Gareth Jenkinson
After four days of rain, the second Test between India and the Proteas ended in a draw.
Rain put a dampener on the Test since day two and conditions refused to improve into the morning of the fifth and final day - which lead the umpires to abandon play. The match ended in a draw.
India were 88/0 and trailed the Proteas' 1st innings score 138 runs.
With the second Test drawn, India have a 1-nil lead in the four match series.
The third Test will get underway on 25 November in Nagpur.
