Hot Ticket fancied for Gold Cup
The 4-year-old Hot Ticket has emerged as the early favourite for the Elan Property Group Gold Cup on Saturday, 26 July.
Hot Ticket has won his last two starts at Grade 2 level, but is yet to add a Grade 1 victory to his credits.
However, he fully deserves his position at the top of the boards with three wins from his last four runs.
All three of these victories were over distances of 2 500 meters or more, leaving no doubt about his suitability for horseracing’s marathon next Saturday.
