The defending Absa Currie Cup champions will meet the Toyota Free State Cheetahs from three o'clock onwards.
Wiehan Hay will not be involved this weekend.
The Sharks lock forward has an AC joint injury and face three weeks on the sidelines.
The Sharks are fourth in the standings and four points behind the Mpumalanga Pumas in second spot.
Sharks head coach, Brad McLeod-Henderson, said today that their discipline was poor in the 21-18 loss to Griquas over the past weekend.
