Glenwood cricketer enjoyed India

Phehlukwayo, who is in grade 11, says bowling in India certainly required some adaptation.
"We had to bowl lots of variations. Your length had to be very good. Anything not of the required length was punished. We found that bouncers were pretty useful at times and also varied our pace a bit," he explained.
Phehlukwayo says the pitches certainly favoured the spinners. He also found the heat and humidity in India quite a challenge.
However, he enjoyed playing for South Africa and considers his appearance in national colours "an honour."
Phehlukwayo is due to write matric next year and says he is hoping to be signed by a domestic franchise.
Speaking of which, the Sunfoil Dolphins will open their Momentum One Day Cup campaign this Sunday.
They will meet the Bizhub Lions in Potchefstroom from 10am onwards.
