FIFA impose ban on Barcelona
The world football governing body today opted to punish FC Barcelona.
The Spanish giants will not be allowed to sign any new players during the next two transfer windows.
FIFA found Barcelona guilty of breaking rules related to the international transfer and registration of players younger than 18.
Barcelona are currently second in the Spanish Primera Liga standings and drew 1-1 with Atletico Madrid in Uefa Champions League action last night.
