Excellent fishing at Ballito

Ballito has seen some excellent fishing recently with shad, spinner sharks and a few stumpies caught after dark.

Umdloti has had much of the same lately with small spinners, shad and the odd grey shark in the mix.

The Umhlanga lighthouse has also seen an abundance of shad, a few stumpnose – including one of just over 2 kgs - and a few grey sharks too.

Cape Town has seen some gigantic waves over the last two days with guys like Grant Twiggy Baker charging at Dungeons.

Durbanites can look forward to a warm day with a maximum temperature of 25 degrees. We have clear skies this morning. It is going to be partly cloudy this evening with NW winds turning variable later. We have a SW on the way for tomorrow with much cooler and possibly wetter weather for Thursday and Friday.
