Dolphins change their captain

Morne van Wyk will captain the Sunfoil Dolphins next season.

Van Wyk succeeds Daryn Smit in the leadership role.

Smit will continue to play for the Dolphins.

Van Wyk recently joined the Dolphins from the Chevrolet Knights.

Van Wyk, who is 34, has represented South Africa in 13 ODIs and three T20 internationals.

He has a domestic first-class batting average of 36.
