Comrades Marathon - Joseph Ikaneng

The road between Durban and Pietermaritzburg will be packed with runners this Sunday. That is when the legendary Comrades Marathon will enjoy centre stage.
The 2013 race will start in Durban and end in Pietermaritzburg.
Joseph Ikaneng is a winner of three Comrades Marathon gold medals and is now manager of the Bonitas Athletics Club.
They have entered 14 elite runners this year and Ikaneng is expecting a strong challenge from his team.
He says they have worked very hard on their climbing ability. (listen below)
Ikaneng believes 2013 will be a good year for South Africans. He says he expects local athletes to win both the men's and women's titles. (listen below)
