Big weekend of club rugby ahead

This coming Saturday (17 August) sees the first round of the 2013 Castle Murray Cup knockout competition being decided.

The trophy was first competed for 123 years ago.

Eight matches will be played with all scheduled to start at 14h30.

Fixtures are as follows with the home side appearing first:

Hillcrest v Crusaders

Westville Old Boys v UKZN (PMB)

Richards Bay v Durban Collegians

Newcastle Highlanders v Harlequins

Vryheid v Varsity College

Piet Retief v PMB Collegians

The Sharks have an Absa Currie Cup date in Durban on Friday.

They will host the MTN Lions.

Kickoff at Growthpoint Kings Park is scheduled for 17h05.
