Anderson nominated for top ATP award
South African tennis ace Kevin Anderson has been nominated by the ATP World Tour as one of twenty outstanding players of 2015.
The popular world No 12 will need his country’s full support should he have any chance of winning the prize.
Anderson was nominated for the ATPWorldTour.com Fan’s Favourite Awards which includes amongst others Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Gael Monfils.
The 2015 ATP World Tour Awards recognise the outstanding players and tournaments of the ATP Tour.
The winners of each category are decided by the fans through a global online voting process.
Anderson said he was honoured to be nominated by the fans and hopes to get their support through the voting process.
Voting for the ATPWorldTour.com Fans' Favourite Awards can be done through the www.atpworldtour.com website and voting closes on Monday, November 9.
