African setback in Brazil
Ghana and Nigeria suffered setbacks in their opening matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil last night.
The Black Stars suffered a 2-1 loss to the United States, while the Super Eagles shared the spoils with Iran.
The Ghanaians are third on zero points in Group G, the Nigerians have one point and are third on one point in Group F.
The hosts Brazil are on display today. They will take on Mexico in their second Group A clash.
The Brazilians edged Croatia 3-1 in the opening fixture.
Belgium and Algeria will get their camapaigns off the mark today.
The matches will get unget underway at 18h00 and 21h00 respectively.
