Abbott stars for Proteas in Canberra

Abbott claimed four for 21 in his eight overs in Canberra earlier today.
South Africa hammered Ireland by 201 runs at the Manuka Oval.
Morne Morkel took three for 34 in his nine overs, while Dale Steyn recorded figures of two for 39 in eight overs.
Steyn cranked up his speed in Canberra and one delivery was clocked at 149 kilometres per hour.
AB de Villiers, Faf du Plessis, Rilee Rossouw and Farhaan Behardien also bowled for the Proteas today.
Hashim Amla had earlier top scored for South Africa with 159 in their total of 411 for four.
Faf du Plessis made 109, while Rilee Rossouw on 61 and David Miller 46 were not out at the end.
Amla was twice caught in the crowd in hitting his 20th one-day international century.
The Proteas remain second behind India in Pool B.
South Africa will face Pakistan in their next match in Auckland on Saturday.
