Zwane's affidavit gives insight into state capture report
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela has highlighted serious concerns relating to Mineral Resources Minister Mosebenzi Zwane's dealings with the controversial Gupta family.

That's according to documents filed by Zwane at the High Court in Pretoria where he and Cooperative Governance Minister Des Van Rooyen are supporting President Jacob Zuma's application for an interdict to halt the release of Madonsela's state capture report.
Madonsela also contends that Zwane could be guilty of contravening the constitution.
Zwane seems to also have been implicated in the controversial landing of a plane in 2013 at Waterkloof Air Force Base, carrying Gupta family members who attended a wedding here.
Madonsela has, however, said she has not made any findings against him.
