Zuma's state capture testimony postponed
The
commission of inquiry into state capture has confirmed that former president
Jacob Zuma will not be testifying next week.
Zuma was expected to testify from Monday, but has now agreed to appear before the inquiry from the 11th to the 15th of November.

In a statement, the commission says the former president and his legal representatives are unavailable due to his corruption trial in the high court in Pietermaritzburg.
The former statesman faces charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering relating to the multi-billion-rand arms deal.
His application for leave to appeal an earlier decision to deny him a permanent stay of prosecution is due to be heard on October 22.
