It says he arrived in that country last week for medical treatment.
The foundation's Mzwanele Manyi says it's a private trip but has dismissed media claims it's covert.

"President Zuma and his team travelled on a commercial flight full of passengers. In fact, he was greeting a lot of people there, so how can such a thing be a secret?"
There's been speculation about Zuma's travels since the Constitutional Court on Thursday upheld a Supreme Court of Appeal judgement that the 81-year-old must return to jail to serve the remainder of his sentence.
Manyi says the trip has no link to the ruling.
"President is many things, but he is not Sangoma. He would not have known that on Thursday, there would be such a judgment."
