Zuma hits out at stalwarts boycott

President Jacob Zuma has taken a swipe at the ANC stalwarts who are boycotting the first two days of the party's policy conference.
President Zuma delivered the opening address at the Nasrec Expo Centre, south of Johannesburg.
Calling for unity within the ANC, President Zuma ended his speech with some scathing remarks for the stalwarts, who wanted a separate consultative conference.

Zuma says they didn't want to attend the conference, because they view the branches as being weak.
"Some of them are not as strong as they portray themselves to be," says President Zuma.
President Zuma says the stalwarts are not superior to the structures of the ANC.
