Former eThekwini mayor Zandile Gumede and her 21 co-accused will finally have their day in court.
Their corruption trial has officially been set down for July.
They've been implicated in the multi-million rand Durban Solid Waste tender fraud.
The trial is due to begin on 18 July and will be heard until 23 August in the Durban High Court sitting in the Pietermaritzburg High Court.

The 22 accused collectively face over 2 700 fraud, corruption and racketeering related charges.
The State today asked for another postponement to deal with requests for further particulars from some defence attorneys, including Gumede's lawyer Jay Naicker.
The State and defence attorneys agreed they would come back to the Durban Magistrate's Court for the pre-trial conference and other matters that need to be ironed out before the trail.
