Zandile Gumede let down by justice system: Supporter
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Spokesperson for former eThekwini mayor, Zandile Gumede says she feels let down by the justice system as she hasn't been told what she's been charged with in her fraud and corruption case
The matter against Gumede and her 16 co-accused was postponed again in the Durban Commercial Crimes Court yesterday due to an outstanding investigation by the state.
They're facing charges relating to a multi-million-rand Durban Solid Waste tender dating back to 2016.

Service providers allegedly received payment but there was nothing to show for it.
Mzomuhle Dube says Gumede's supporters want the matter struck off the roll.
"That itself actually created a bit of anxiety because we don't know what's next and you start wondering as to why this should take a year and two months just to get charges referred and presented in court."
